Steve Harnell’s career started as a teenager, as a part timer at Atlanta based Cinema Concepts, working with 35mm institutional film trailers used by movie theatres world wide. Steve has been involved in all aspects of production since 1994 with extensive hands-on experience in film and video editing. He is well versed in advanced digital technology, which together with his cinematic-theatrical background and expertise enabled the foray into directing in 2003.

Steve has always embraced all varieties of the electronica sound style and consistently gravitated toward House Music over all other genres. His dedication and passion in directing this documentary on House Music will entertain and inform a unique, receptive audience who will most assuredly appreciate Steve’s creative original take depicting the genre.

From 1999 until August 2007, Steve had worked in the capacity of producer-director for Los Angeles based Channel M, an alternative marketing-advertising company. His past projects include a video game Lifetime show broadcast to 30 million viewers monthly and hands-on involvement in the production of independent feature films.

His solely owned state of the art production company, 32thirteen Productions boasts the latest in HD technology and digital editing systems.
